Pork Tenderloin with
Marsala Wine Sauce
Ingredients -
- 1 lb pork tenderloin,
cut into bite size pieces
- Organic flour
- 2 tablespoons of cold
pressed, organic olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of fresh
chopped parsely
Lightly dust pork with
flour. Heat oil in skillet (or wok) over medium high heat. . Cook
pork until nicely browned and remove from skillet and reduce heat
to medium.
Stir fry garlic in skillet
for 1 minute. Add pork and wine and cook until pork is thouroughly
cooked through. Remive pork from skillet and stir in parsley. Simmer
until sauce becomes thick. Serve pork on platter with sauce poured
over it.
